You can look online for rehabs in your area. Also see what your insurence covers. They would more then likely want you to see a doctor first. For alchol some people need to go through detox first. That would be in a hospital. You should be proud of yourself for wanting the help. Take care and don't give up! PS Stay away from the rehab called Narconon. It is Scientology.

Ask your GP. I want help for losing weight, but all the NHS seem to help are alcoholics, smokers and drug takers, so where do I go???

I'm a recovered alcoholic who went into rehab in Luton in November 2006, I haven't touched a drop since.
