Every program has its own rules. If s/ he hasn't called you, and you are concerned, call the facility and ask what the rules are, and if you can call in. The patient may be avoiding you.

??? I don't think you finished your question. Are you in rehab or are you waiting to hear from somebody in rehab? Each clinic has different rules. It could be that the person you are waiting to hear from has to wait 30 days before they are allowed outside contact. If you are concerned, ring the rehab yourself and enquire after the person you wish to contact

Usually a week or 2. It really depends on the rehab though. Maybe this person can't make phone calls yet?
