I haven't really talked to her about this, but I've seen her and I know her alcohol consumption has risen. Ever since her parents got divorced and her boyfriend left her, she's been wasting her time and money on alcohol. I don't know what to do.

You said that you haven't talk to her yet. That's the first thing you should do. You can enlighten her about the bad effects that alcohol can have on her body. I have included links below that have information about that. Make her see that she's not doing herself any good by taking alcohol again and again. She's only giving herself temporary and fake happiness. What's more, she's also damaging her body and health and causing unnecessary grief to the people who hate seeing her turn into that kind of person. Hopefully, she'll see your point. Be supportive, tell her that you'll be helping her get through the whole rehab ordeal. Good luck!
