AA seems to have the best reputation, meetings are easily available almost everywhere. some people find a 28 day - check into rehab first- a good thing to do, following it with AA. Thee are no great figures on success rates available. so most places that quote success figures are either guessing or say something like 98 percent success rate ( for 1 month after treatment)
