I just went on a fruit detox and gained weight! Help?
I'm on day 2 of a 3 day fruit detox. In the past two days I have eaten only fruits with the exception of some milk and yogurt . Before I started, I weighed 109 pounds now I weigh 112 I didn't do any exercise, because it's been said that some users have gained weight due to exercising along with the detox. The only physical activity I recall doing is because of commuting catching the train, brisk walking, etc. Is my body on starvation mode? Could it be storing all the food in my body as fat? Please help. I'm 16, by the way.
