Question: Can i get clean in a week without buying detox?

I smoked a spliff of chron with 2 other people last Tuesday I think, and haven't really done anything to start detoxing myself. I have exactly one week until I need to drop. Is it possible to get clean in that time? If so, how? If not, what would you recommend?

Well, you could use certain medicinal herbs to help you with your detox. Birch, common heather and celery all are good examples of herbs that can serve that purpose. The biggest factor here is how often you smoke, if you smoke regularly then there is a much higher chance that it will show up on the drug test, but lets say this is the first time in a couple weeks that you have smoked then you have a better chance of passing the test. Also your weight may be a factor since THC is stored in the fat cells, if you are overweight it will take longer to leave your system. your best bet without a detox is to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. If you can try to drink plain cranberry juice, it is incredibly bitter but if you can get it down try to drink at least a glass a day
