I feel like every one hates me even my girfriend is this normal with sugar deto i can't help find reasons why people hate me i feel awful

Maybe you're just grumpy, lol, it really depends on how seriously sugar addicted you were. In any case, if it's not over within 2-3 days, it isn't about the sugar. Maybe you're using some kind of detox stuff that is bad for you. Or eating way too little total (that can cause depression, too). Good luck :)
