Detox: Methadone Facts

Question: Will eating this effectively detox my system?

What I've had today: Cup of coffee, two diet cokes, two cans of spinach, one can of green beans, and three apples. * I heard the coffee, spinach, apples and green beans are natural laxatives, and diet coke in many cases relieves water retention (I know it won't CLEANSE, but I'm just looking to pee out excess water, and cleanse my bowels.)

NOPE! You may poop more but that is not what detox is all about. The only thing that you ate healthy was the 3 apples. Try eating fruit all day and for your last meal, eat a huge veggie salad with a good fat on it. This is what a true detox diet is!
