Well when you tend to drink, teens get drunk and don't really pay attention to what their doing and end having unprotected sex.

When your drinking allot you have the tensity to wan to have sex. your hormones go crazy. when your using drugs you have the tensity to do wt ever when ever with who ever.

Well, if you're on drugs or alcohol, your judgement is lowered. Although having sex does not in any way lead to drugs. If this were the case, every single parent would be a drug addict, and there wouldn't be laws against it.
