No they dont. Saliva tests are the hardest tests to beat, but can only detect drug use for up to 7 days prior, most of the time only 3 days. There is no sure proof way to beat a saliva test like there is urine and hair. I have seen products advertised online that claim to help you pass a saliva test, but i assume those are mostly scams like most of the "detox " drinks are for urine tests.
