I've been there. Try to reduce caffeine as much as possible, and especially don't have any after noon. Try also reducing any sugars late at night that can make you anxious or hyper. What really worked for me was doing breathing exercises before bed, you can google 'relaxation exercises' or also meditation, yoga poses. This will really help calm your mind. Try also to not go to bed much after 10pm. You could also try some herbal teas or essential oils that have a sedative effect such as chamomile or valerian root. good luck |
