Drug Treatment: Methadone Facts

Question: Will i lose my hair? any drugs/treatments to prevent it?

I took a test and it came back positive for alopecia. My uncle on my mom's side is thinning on the vertex and I hear that hair loss genes come from the mom's side of the family, but my maternal grandfather had a full head of hair, so does that give me hope? My uncle didn't start thinning until his late forties BTW. What can I do to prevent this tragedy from happening. Drugs? Treatments? How much $$$ are we talking? I don't want to lose my hair, baldness is gross and girls hate it. Please help me. You've gotta admit, people do look better with hair, c'mon admit it.

Your mother's father is the one who you would inherit that trait from not your uncle.
