Methadone: Methadone Facts

Question: I took 20 mg of methadone 4 6 days. how long until it is out of my urine so i can take a drug test. itsbn9dys?

Please some1 help me! It has been 9 days since i've taken methadone. But I went to Florida & took 20 mgs for 6 days in a row. Yesterday I got popped w/ a drug test at my job. I am male, 31yrs old, obese, work & sweat CONSTANTLY, I am so scared. If I loose my job i'm dead. Literally. I take care of my family & if I cant do that well I cant even talk about that. Can someone who knows about this PLEASE help me. Am I safe or not. I took the test yesterday. It was a 10 panel test. Yesterday would have been the 9th day with me not taking any methadone. I do take BP & lexapro on a reg basis so I dont know if that matters. So please someone tell me... Do you think I passed or not??

It takes approx. 3-5 days for opiates to run out of your system. I am also overweight and used to use heroin daily. I could pass after four days even if I shot 2 grams. I don't think you have anything to worry about. On a more personal note, knock it off. You've already said you have a lot to lose. Trust me, it is not worth losing everything over.

You have a family to look after? Please, if you care for them, stop messing with drugs.. I hope you do OK. just don't do it again. oh and if it comes back positive please don't hurt yourself. everything in life can change, for the better, if you'll just give it a chance and stop being so self destructive.
