Question: Im 260lbs and took two methadone pills what should i do?

I took two methadone pills i was drunk and i took them stupid choice i know it was my first time i felt like i was going to die what should i do go to the hospital and get my system flushed im kinda scared to go to sleep no go to the emergency even tho i dont feel sick, i felt sick this morning but dont feel sick now but i am scared to go to sleep
