Question: I took half of a 40 mg methadone wafer.about 2 min after i took it i throw up.did i waste it?

Unless your body tends to quickly absorb what it ingests, it's likely that you didn't get much out of the wafer after two minutes. So it is likely that a majority of it was wasted.

I would say yes unless you planned to fished it out of the toilet and tried it again.
