Are you talking about opiates,alcohol,cocaine? and dropping weight from what? if opiates,,u are put out for a few hours and flushed intravenously with naloxone and other drugs to prevent withdraw.,and implanted with a naloxone ,(narcan),pump to to block any opiates.the cost was around 6000 bucks.
