Question: Alcohol rehab centers for people who dont have money to pay for it?

My aunt is 49 years old and hasn't had a job since she was about 30. she is now realizing that the alcohol is controlling her life and she wouldn't know how to live without it its sad i know but my family is strapped for cash and it costs allot to send her to a rehab/ detox place and i was wondering if there was any where in cali where they take patients in for free or for a little cost as possible thanks for the help if any one can

Contract your county health department they will help here out. in the meantime, get the phone book and check AA. have her make an immediate visit there to begin the process.
