Your first step is to admit it to parents and seek professional help. Professionals would have to do a referral to an inpatient facility. You are a minor so you couldn't do this independently of your parents.

You're simply a troubled teenager just like I once was. You do not need medication and you do not need a psychiatrist. I am telling you the truth because taking anti-depressants is self harm because they destroy your brain and kill your emotions. Attack the problem and not the symptom.
