If there are actual osteopathic doctors there, chances are they are Psychiatrists. However, most health care (including drug rehab) is provided by non-MD's. That does not make them any less legitimate - these people are experts in the field of substance abuse and drug addiction, and are also highly educated and trained in the specific area.
