You just tell them that they need to stop you dont have to be so nice about it if you love them tell it like it is

Have they been acting different to usual? Do they always have a new reason to go the doctor? They could also be doctor shopping ie it's when someone has lots of doctors that they see. Do they act all fidgety and then soon they feel better for no apparent reason? You may need to ask straight out.
